*  Be licensed with RI Deptarment of Health
*  Be CPR Certified
*  Submit proper immunization records (Required by RIDOH)   *  *  Submit proper Identification.
*  Obtain a criminal background check.

Homemakers must:
* Be Homemaker Certified (classes offered at HCC)
* Submit proper immunization records (Required by RIDOH)
* Submit proper Identification.
